Neckarzimmern has a population of about 1500 inhabitants (2006). The village is extremely picturesque, is on a mountain slope at the edge of a bend of the river Neckar. An important part of the business is focused on tourism. In addition to the beautiful landscapes in the area are the largest factories in Germany glassblowing which can be visited. The main attraction of the town is the Castle of Burg Hornberg. This ancient castle is surrounded by prominent vineyards, and houses a wine cellar and a museum. "
